Secure Manipulative able & ReTrievable DATA (Single) is a data repository based
on the simplicity of uploading data regardless of the type or format of the
data, while addressing the simplest methods of placing that data into the proper
file or folder. Once the data is in its proper place, the need is then having
the ability to find, view, download or edit your data. All this, while being
able to use a variety commercially available hardware.
This allows for you to view data, stored in a variety of native formats, as a
common PDF so as to enable the data to be viewed in a variety of internet
browsers or handheld portable devises or printed on virtually any printer.
To gain greater perspective, here are the types and methods of ensconcing
information into the secure, encrypted, user id and password protected database
and work with your data.
Here are the types of file or format that is accepted.

Any text file developed in any software program.

Any image file created in any graphic software program, including but not
limited to pictures, maps, floor plans or virtually any image.

Any audio or video file.
-
Any scanned, faxed, electronically transmitted or e-mailed file
A given file gets from input device to the proper folder in the ASP in the
following ways.

It can be uploaded by any method depending on the situations individual needs.

In real-time as a file is saved.
-
At any regularly scheduled time from any inter/intranet capable device.

Faxed to the automatic database input system.

Scanned.
You can use the information stored in a number of ways including;

View virtually any document in Portable Document Format (PDF) although a copy of
that file remains stored in its native format (example Microsoft Word Document).

View any document in its native format if your computer has the originating
software installed. A copy of that file remains stored. As will the revision.

Access any video or audio files using a properly configured devise. *

Move the files to any other folder or computer. *

Copy these files to any other folder or computer. *

Print these files to local printer. *

The Standard Support Customer Service package, included with the subscription
fee, is designed to provide basic assistance. Simply-Scans policy is to respond
to all customer cases in the order in which they are received.
Each subscriber may log a maximum of 3 cases per month before a $15. Per case
charge is incurred. Calls assigned as a Simply-Scan fault error are unlimited
and are not billable.
Simply-Scan customer service is available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, EST, Monday -
Friday (excluding holidays).

As to who has access to stored data

First an administrator is named. They have complete access to all data and all
functionality (all permissions).

Next secondary administrators may be named for each department, unit or agency.

An administrator can give permissions to a given user of the system for any
combination of files, folders or functions based on job need.

Any user, with the proper permissions, may grant limited time access to any file
or files, to any individual or group with proper credentials.

assistance. Simply-Scan's policy is to respond to all gold Support Service
customer cases within 24 hours.
Any Simply-Scan subscriber may utilize the service.
Each subscriber may log a maximum of 5 cases per month.

Friday (excluding holidays).
Simply-Scan customer service is available via a Toll Free phone number, or via
the Web through the "Support" link in the Simply-Scan application.
Gold Customer Service customers are billed an additional annual fee of $300.
Each Gold Support Service customer will have a designated customer service
representative assigned to their account and cases, and all calls and cases will
consistently be routed to that individual. Any Simply-Scan.com subscriber may
contact the designated customer service representative.
The Enterprise Platinum Customer Service Package is designed to provide
additional assistance; including a Health Check, your dedicated support
representative will conduct a thorough and comprehensive Simply-Scan health
check every 6 months. A Health Check starts with a detailed discussion and
review of your needs and level of satisfaction with your Simply-Scan application
Administrator. From there, the CSR will conduct additional interviews with key
users. A Health Check report will be produced if we identify areas where you may
derive additional benefits from using additional features of the Simply-Scan.com
application.
Each Platinum Support customer will have access to a priority phone queue, which
will be password protected and restricted to Platinum Support Service customers.
Simply-Scan's policy is to respond to all Platinum Support Service customer
cases within eight business hours.
Each Platinum Support Service subscriber may submit an unlimited number of
cases.
